Business cards are very important to have in your life. They help spread your name/business around, promote you and/or your business, and you are able to give them to someone so they can have your contact information.
Before designing your card, you will want to research your competitors and see what you like and don't like, look at inspiration/mood boards to get ideas (Pinterest is a great place to look), and if you have other collateral materials made you will want to look at those to keep the same aesthetic. Keeping the same aesthetic will be easy for people to identify your card with your other materials.

Layout, color, font, aesthetic, mood, etc. are multiple different components that can give off different vibes. Second, you need to figure out what you want your business card to say. This includes your contact information, the name of your business or company you work for, and possibly a sentence about what you do. The last step is putting it all together so that it looks good in a way that reflects who you are.
